Boone County, Missouri Warrant Search

Boone County arrest warrants permit local law enforcement, such as the Boone County Sheriff's Office, to arrest a person. Arrest warrants are issued by the court when a police officer submits evidence in court proving that the accused person is responsible for the said crime.

Active arrest warrants are generally considered public records under the Missouri Sunshine Law. Members of the public can view the county's active warrants on the Sheriff's Office Active Warrants page. The page shows felony warrants that have been active for more than 90 days and traffic and misdemeanor warrants that have been active for more than 30 days.
